2026 NSW Sports Industry Conference

Sport NSW is delighted to announce that registrations are now open for the 2026 NSW Sports Industry Conference.

The conference will be held on Friday, 27 February 2026, at the Australian College of Physical Education (ACPE) at Sydney Olympic Park. The day provides a valuable opportunity for those working across community, state and national sport to come together, share insights, and engage in practical learning that supports the ongoing growth and sustainability of sport in NSW.

A major highlight of the conference will be the official launch of Sport NSW’s Value of Community Sport report. This landmark report will present new evidence on the social, health and economic impact of community sport across NSW, reinforcing the critical role sport plays in strengthening communities and informing future policy, funding and investment decisions.

Sport NSW is pleased to confirm Stephanie Brantz as Master of Ceremonies, guiding the day’s discussions alongside an impressive lineup of confirmed speakers. Attendees will hear from leading voices across government, industry and academia, including The Hon. Stephen Kamper MP, Reanne Browne,
Futurist at WorkFutures, Ryan Holloway, Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Sports Foundation, and Professor Carol Mills from the Centre for Sport, Business and Society at the University of Technology Sydney.

Additional speakers and the full conference program will be announced in the coming weeks.

Registrations are now open, and attendees are encouraged to be part of this important conversation shaping the future of sport in New South Wales.
