The Return to Sport Toolkit, developed by Sport Australia and the Australian Institute of Sport, contains checklists providing practical and progressive steps such as relevant government and national sporting organisation approvals, facility management, training behaviours, hygiene protocols and appropriate communication with members.
A return to sport is approaching – whether recreational participation, organised training or competition – and clear guidelines are required. In NSW, these guidelines will come from the State Government.
In collaboration, Sport NSW, Australian College of Physical Education and NSW Office of Sport are pleased to announce the Timeout Talks - #unitedforsports webinar series.
A message from the Office of Sport:
On Sunday 10 May 2020, the NSW Government have announced that it will ease the following restrictions from Friday 15 May 2020, including:
A collection of good Sport and Active Recreation Sector resources from a variety of expert providers and official organisations to help support your organisation.
We are currently in unprecedented and challenging times. The suspension, postponement or cancellation of sporting activities, events and training are in place nationally and worldwide.
